Had a few shots last night, glad it didn't cause any gain. Dr is happy with my progress. even if I don't feel like it is enough

Yay, enjoying the challenge of skipping all junk food. I am finding foods that I enjoy to replace the junk cravings. Not consuming anything after 7pm will be harder on me, but I can do it. I got some chamomile and mint tea, just in case I just have to have something.

I did not realize how much carbs there is in my white grapefruit juice. I figured I drink a small amount and it is low in calories, but it is loaded with carbs. :p I will just cut my serving in half, I like it too much to give it up completely.
