Is my daily calorie intake calculated properly?
I was never sure if the calorie counter was completely accurate, but this site really gave me a jump start on losing over 50 pounds in one year. This time, it's staying off.
I did a number of things, but this Fat Secret dealio really helped me focus and made it so easy to see my habits.
Kudos to the folks who designed it and to all who take advantage of it to better their health

raw almonds
I have found that if I put 12-24 almonds in a little monkey dish on the counter, I feel comforted knowing they are there if I get a pang. I just eat 2 or 3 at a time, throughout the day. It is a treat and good for you.

Enjoying this group
My weight loss is still slow going, but am sticking with it. I do think fatsecret is a huge help. Makes logging the daily intake so easy. Also, enjoying the challenges. So far so good. We can do it!!!
