I have had 2 hip replacements, a cervical corpectomy, and broke my femur about 4 years ago. I have a metal plate in my right forearm, RA in mt hands, and spinal stenosis. I weighed 133 lbs. for years. Then I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I just can't seem to take off all this weight. I'm not so concerned with how I look as much as how I feel.I know if I could lose this weight my body would feel much better and I could get around much better.I can't keep up with my kids or grandkids. My feet and legs tire out and hurt after about an hour or so. This is the first time I have gotten serious enough to actually try to watch my calories and lose weight. I am desperate.
