I am a 26 year old who has 4 wonderful children and is blessed enough to be able to be a stay at home mom (hopefully for a long while). I just had my most recent daughter on march 11th so I am trying g to lose some weight I put on during pregnancy and some weight I had from before 😁. But staying at home all day with unlimited access to food has made for some really awful choices lately which I hope to reverse.
