exercise calories
Hello Everyone!! ok i am finally getting to the problem with my weight loss success. According to my RDI it wants me to eat 2600 calories a day!!! I can not see myself eating that many..i try to go for about 1600 (but eat about 1800) I am not active with excerising and such but i am always moving (maybe spend about 2 hours a night relaxing on the couch b4 bed). I have a low metablism and i am not sure what to do. I mean i know the right foods from the wrong and eat this not that stuff. But i think my problem is this calorie counting vs calories out In the diet calender how do you read it? THANK YOU!!

Fat Secret no longer tracking Weight Watchers Points !!
oh well guess i am going back to manually keeping track. This really sucks and i probably wont use the website again unless its for food that is at a restuarant.
