Been through alot of yoyo diet.. lost alot of pounds, but they all came back and more :)
I've been on the Body for Life by Bill Phillips. 6 small meals aday. and workout 6 times a week. 6 meals, not hard to follow, my problem is portion control. I'm on my third rounds right now, working hard to stick with portion control.
