It feels so bad how i put on 13 kgs more in the span of one and a half year...I dont feel comfortable and adopted in my new body at all...It's very emotional to live carrying all these excess fats.i feel a little lost and heyware.Dont know how to start..where to start from....well,i hope this helps me out...just trying to gather courage n strength and stick to it...
