Hi there, losing weight aint so easy and neither so difficult aswell... As for myself ive lost 4 kgs since i started... I wasnt very active on weekdays to be very honest but during saturdays and sundays i have been going out for a long walk or trekking ... Doing thing i love...it makes me happier and helps me fight my excess weight...
I know it just a beginning for me... Ive more to go...you can Try aswell.... You will start loving your life more....
