Today I have decided that I have to do something different because what I am doing is not working. I have been walking 5 miles a day for 6 weeks and the scale is not budgeing . I have lost and gained the same 20 pounds for years and this year it just doesnt want to come off (I turned 40 last year). I really want to make a lasting change this time, because I am seriously over the yo yo roller coaster that I have been on for years. I have never reached out before in this way or lost weight with a buddy. I am hoping that this is the first step to making a real life style change. I believe that Weight Watchers is probably the best choice for me because of the flexability. I am hoping to lose 25 pounds by July 26th. I would love to have a few buddies to join me on this journey. I dont think I have ever felt so in need of help for weight loss in my life.
