I have not kept track of my eating for over 3 days now. My time just got away from me. Luckily, however, I think I have gotten into some decent habits especially regarding portion size. I did not gain any weight over the last three days so I think if I get back to doing what I know to do -- keep track of my food and exercise -- I'll continue my progress.
Tai Chi today! I can't wait.

I am feeling good about what I am doing. This is the longest stretch I have done with keeping track of my food and counting my calories. I noticed this morning that my pants did fit better which was a nice surprise.
Over the weekend I managed to eat out a couple of times and make reasonably good choices to keep me in line with my goals. Yesterday, however, was a stressful day with a sick kid and I ate more calories during the afternoon than normal. It made the evening more difficult as I really wanted something sweet at the end of the day.
I head into the week worried about the end of the week as I will be cooking for one which is always hard for me. I don't do this well and know I will have to be strict with myself to not resort to eating a bowl (or two) of cereal for dinner.
