Just retired after 23 years as a business litigator, which relieved me of a tremendous amount of stress. Now I want to adopt healthier habits and lose the 30+ pounds I put on in that time. I'm 63, about to be 64 in January, weigh 189 pounds, am 5'9" tall, have a bum right knee and tight right hip.
I walk my dog 40 minutes five days a week, lift weights with a personal trainer for an hour twice a week, and try to stretch every day. Haven't ridden my bike since I broke my left arm 8 months ago, but am planning to resume cycling two days a week and take up yoga.
