I am so disappointed with my weigh in, I gained a pound. I don't know why, maybe because of my sleeping patterns. I'm busting my tail everyday and burn more calories than I take in. Going to talk to my doc about it, I'm not giving up. I'm going to weigh in for the challenge on Sunday, so maybe I'll be surprised. Who knows...???

Well I weigh in again tonight. Hopefully I've lost a couple pounds. I'm going to go and buy a digital scale, cause I don't think my old fashioned scale is working properly. I'm still doing a cardio workout 3x a day plus riding the cycle for 20 min. I'll get strength training in tonight and Friday morning. I got to get back to that, I've been letting that slide. I should be going 3x a week. I'll try harder next week. >>Its going to be hard tonight controlling myself, I have a corned beef brisket in the oven roasting (even though its not Irish) and making cabbage and carrots later. I guess I'll have to get on the cycle for an extra 20 cause I'm going to drink me a Killians and no one is going to stop me!! muuhahah!

Well today is day two and so far I'm doing good. I'm doing a Biggest Loser workout 3x a day, riding my cycle for 20. I have a personal trainer at the YMCA but I'm not losing much there. I do like my strength training though. I meet with him every Wednesday night. My body is a little sore (thank goodness for Aleve!!) so I'm working through it. TTY tomorrow! :)

I want to drop as many pounds as possible before April 3rd. I'll keep going to lose more, but my final weigh in is in April, and I haven't been doing so well. I am hoping that logging everything I do will keep me aware of what I'm doing and will alert me to when I'm about to screw up.
