I've not been very good at keeping up with my food and exercise diary, school has kept me so busy. I have been exercising every morning for 30 minutes and I ride my upright for 5 miles in the evening while I watch TV.

I'm trying to keep up with recording food and exercise, but I get busy and forget. I'm still watching everything I eat closely and exercising everyday. Tomorrow I'm starting Bob Harper's BL Bootcamp DVD. I did it before it got too hot in the house to workout like that and I liked it alot.

Its been two days of trying and so far, so good. I haven't really exercised like I want to, but I have been doing a little. I'm going to get on my upright bike tonight for about 10 minutes. I really would like to work myself up to an hour, but that will take time as I build strength. I can't believe how much I let myself go since the summer. It's like starting all over again and then some. Oh well. I haven't started shoving things in my mouth yet and thats good. :)

I keep trying this diet and it just doesn't want to stick with me. I quit working on it over the summer because it was too hot and I don't have a/c. I know it is an excuse, but it's the only reason I have for not exercising. Right now I'm completely disgusted with myself. I'm closer to 190 than I was when I first found Fatsecret. I'm working on getting my membership back at the YMCA (where I managed to lose almost 20 lbs) so I can work out more than at home. It's cooler now and I'm going to try again. Wish me luck.

I'm still holding my weight, even though I literally haven't had the time for much of anything. I'm tying to get into a routine, its not working too well.
