Well I weigh in again tonight. Hopefully I've lost a couple pounds. I'm going to go and buy a digital scale, cause I don't think my old fashioned scale is working properly. I'm still doing a cardio workout 3x a day plus riding the cycle for 20 min. I'll get strength training in tonight and Friday morning. I got to get back to that, I've been letting that slide. I should be going 3x a week. I'll try harder next week. >>Its going to be hard tonight controlling myself, I have a corned beef brisket in the oven roasting (even though its not Irish) and making cabbage and carrots later. I guess I'll have to get on the cycle for an extra 20 cause I'm going to drink me a Killians and no one is going to stop me!! muuhahah!
