I Feel Sad.
I'm glad you're working hard now before it's too late. I finally realized how bad I was when I was 226 lbs. You don't want to get there. You can do it!
I strongly suggest Spin classes. In my opinion that is the best exercise ever! It's helped me get from 226 lbs. to 178 lbs. and counting.

HCG makes me sad
Well, that Star_Glow person said she has to count cal. too and do the same things we're supposed to do. I think she'd be getting the same results by doing the same thing without getting those injections. All those cheats end up kicking you in the ass at the end. I have yet to cheat after these very long 10 months. I admit, I have felt like trying diet pills or something to help me lose the weight but I haven't dared to try any of it. It is frustrating, but I would never result in injections or any of that sort of stuff. That is way too crazy/risky.

Emotions and Food
People worry too much about time and end up going the more efficient way. At least, at the moment it feels that way. You just have to tell yourself that you don't need all that crap food and that you want to look and feel good all the time. Remind yourself of all the hard work you've gone through just to get to your goal weight. Yeah, you can choose the pudding every once in a while, why not? But if you do, work a little harder in the gym. Don't think about time lost with the shower and changing because at the same time, by choosing a burger, you're wasting all time it took you to lose 1 lb. By putting on your work out clothes you are already one step closer to making the right choice. Make yourself do it because if you're going to go easy on yourself because you have to study for a final, you just might get used to giving yourself excuses. Really, we don't have any excuse to choosing the bad things over the good.
