I ate garbage for the last 4 years, after lots of ups and downs I am starting to see results from the last 6 weeks of amping up vegetables and exercise.

I ballooned to 220 this winter and had had enough.

personally I don't add any "activities" unless they are truly activities. I only try and add when I actually exercise. If I do go "shopping" I just mark it as walking like 2.5mph for however long I go.

Its really tricky though because today I rode my bike on a 7 mile trail, the first 3 miles are hilly, but the way back (other side of the river) is a steady climb and was super tough. I only averaged 10mph :0 which the activity calculates as "leisurely", it was certainly not a leisurely bike ride for me.

Just use your best judgement and you will be just fine!
