Just your average sort of fellow who can't seem to loose weight. Did Weight Watchers for a bit, and I dropped about 5lbs and no more...for a very long time. Eventually gave up since it wasn't going anywhere even with lots of exercise and managing my points well. Now I'm just kind of going by calorie and watching my Carb/Protein/Fat ratios. So far so good...Nothing overly special with the diet aside from a little math.
