i weigh every morning as soon as i get up.if iv lost a tiny bit it keeps me going,and if iv gained,i know i have to do more that day

Food for thought
The difference between want and need is self control.Think about wether you need that food or just want it before taking that bite.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning for me too.I find the tiniest loss is enough motivation,and if it is slightly up (hasnt been yet!) I will just push a bit harder.

Scales
My mum got me Salter scales for crimbo.They can weigh in lb,kg or stones,and measure weight,fat percentage and water percentage! And they keep details of more than one person.Love em!

This is the year!
Hi,Im Karen,and Iv got a very determined head on my shoulders this time round! Im so glad I found this through My Diet on fb.My fiance is a fitness freak who is well into martial arts.I feel quite unfit compared to him! I want to get fit and healthy for my wedding.I have my dress,I just would like it to let me sit down in it! Normally these fitness ideas just pass,but this time I actually 'see' myself fit and healthy all the time,and want that to be the person looking back at me in the mirror! Hopefully in a few months I will be able to keep up on the 6 mile runs my other half goes on quite regularly! Hope to make some friends and get lots of support! X
