New job helping with weight lose
I just got a new job and I put in 22 hour in one day and lose 4lbs. then I sleep for 4 hours and worked another 12 hours and lose another 2lbs.
My old scale was broke it said I was 230, but I was about 235, so I've lose about 7lbs.

2000 jumping jacks?
I'm eating good. I just stopped eating noodles and drinking soda (dr pepper). I've been i've normal 3 meals, but I dont eat what I was eating. I eat little meals, and I work out all thru the day.
I'm not losing weight for wrestling. I'm losing because I want to be back to my old 170-180lb self.
I will take any help.

2000 jumping jacks?
I keep enough food in my body to avoid starvation mode. I eat enough, I just dont eat nowhere what I was eating. Which you could say was over eating because I was eating until my stomach was somewhat hurting.

And it sounds like you know what the problem is already with the food calories, 8 packs of noodles in a sitting with 380 calories per pack. Has it ever occurred to you to find better quality food to eat that WILL make you feel like you're getting full? You stopped drinking crap, so that's a great start. I'm not hoping, i was always told that my will power is awesome. I was do what I set my mind to and this has been set.
This is what I did today.
2:12am - 100 jumping jacks
2:41am - 100 jumping jacks
3:15am - 100 jumping jacks
3:30am - 100 jumping jacks
3:45am - 100 jumping jacks
4:00am - 100 jumping jacks
5:00am-12:30pm - I was asleep
3:50pm - 150 jumping jacks
5:25pm - 150 jumping jacks
7:30pm - 150 jumping jacks
4 cups of water
1 pack of noodles at 5:00pm 380 calories
I just eat a very small dash of food (dont know the calorie, but I didn't eat no where near what I normal would)

yeah, I was drinking so many because they didn't make me feel like i was getting full on them. I was drinking them like nothing. I was eating about 8 packs of noodles which are a 190 for a 1/2 block 380 for the pack.
So, I now that I have to lose some weight this week. Because if you add up all the calories my intake was and now that i've lowered it I should lose weight right?
