i have no shame, a decided lack of tact, and an over abundance of sarcasm. I have no problem with the way i look, because i honestly just don't give a damn what other people think of me. like me, love me, dislike me, despise me to the core....i'm still who/what i am at the end of the day and that makes me smile.....well....more like smirk.

i'm losing weight for purely medical reasons. no designer has me cutting weight to squeeze into their clothing. nobody's opinion has influenced my decision to start up with exercising again (save for my doctor's, of course). don't let the previous lines discourage you from asking me anything though. just figured i'd get the obvious out of the way. :D

Heart Rate Monitor, Do you have one? is it accurate? What do you have?
I have a Mio Sport. I works very well for me. It is of the non-chest strap variety. I initially got mine because every single cardio machine in the gym i go to reads a little differently. i just wanted some more dependable numbers. then i started leaving it on through my weight training sessions to get an idea on those while i going through my after burn as well. I have nothing but good things to say about it. Smile

Cilantro.... love it or hate it??
I love it. There is a grocery store chain here in the south called Harris Teeter. They an absolutely awesome baby herb salad mix. all of the usual suspects are in it...arugula, spinach, chard, etc...then they thrown in fresh dill, cilantro, basil, oregano.....

I buy a tub every week and use that as the greens for lunch wraps. Smile
