How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every morning first thing. It allows me to closely monitor myself for weight creep or progress. However, I only record my weight every 2 or 3 days. The important thing to remember is that I don't get upset over little gains, stalls or small loses. I look at the trend and make sure that it is a healthy decline. As I monitor my progress, I can see if I'm doing the things I should be doing. I adjust my attitude as needed. Charlie Mike !
