I am 40 years old and in the last 5 years have lost over 100 lbs. I struggle daily to maintain it at this time and would like to lose about 20 more. I have been years with crash diets and diet plans but was never successsful and in fact would put back on the weight I loss and more. My weight loss success has been a total makeover externaly and internaly. I had to first start with liking myself. The changes within myself have changed my self confidence, increased my self esteem and improved my relationship with my children and my friends. It also gave me the strength to leave an abusive marriage of almost 20 years. Please note that the changes in these relationships were not from the loss of weightloss but the changes I made in myself to be a better person and the improving my self esteem. I have energy now and always want to be going. This summer I went to Tennessee to the Smokey Mountains and not only was I able to keep up with my children but I was the one in the lead! LOL My goal is to help support others in there journey to change thier life style. I refuse to call it dieting!!!!!
