I have been very busy this week and I missed two days working out. I don't feel bad about that because I work out for two hours at a time and I was tired these particular days. One of the days I helped my friend pack up her classroom and I spent four hours packing and I really broke a sweat. My husband is trying to help me stay on track by keeping up with my work out schedule. I also asked him to buy me a new bicycle helment, and he went out and spent 40 dollars on one. It had a headlight on it I told him to take it back. I feel that is too much to pay for a helment I can get a good one from Wal-Mart at a fraction of the price. He was a little upset because he said he spent ime getting it and he did not compare prices he just picked the first one he saw. When I told him about the headlight he was surprised.

Thanks to all for your encouraing words. I did the step workout and the Firm DVD yesterday. I was pretty busy today, I had a final for my Children's Literature class. I also had to do an observation today. I am still debating if I want to exercise today. I am going to help a friend pack up her classroom tomorrow. The school she teaches at is moving into a brand new building after the holiday. I know I will work hard with packing, but I still plan on going to the gym tomorrow evening and run on the track. I am still sore from running on Saturday, but it is a good kind of sore. I am going to try to work out a little tonight. Catch you all later.

I wore a belt today with my shirt tucked in! I have not done that in years and it felt great. I am going to do my step work out now. I bought some weights that strap around my hands and I want to try them out. Check you later.

I went to the gym today and worked out nearly three hours. I ran/walked for four miles, rode the elliptical for an hour, rode the stationary bike for thirty minutes, did the stair climber for five minutes, and sat in the sauna for ten minutes. I ate brown rice cereal for breakfast, chicken tenders and a salad for lunch, and a pizza made with a tortilla for the crust and a small salad for dinner. I ate some popcorn and veggie chips for my snacks. I have to work at church tomorrow, after I come home and take a much needed nap I will work out.

I did well today. I worked out on the step, did a Firm DVD, and a Walkfit DVD. I am not tired so I might do another workout later on tonight. I ate brown rice cereal for breakfast and a flat bread pizza with a salad for lunch. I don't know what I am going eat to eat for dinner.
