The 13-11-13 was the worst day`s eating I have had in several years.
I cant explain why I decided to come home and eat so much rubbish, chocolate, cakes, 10 pieces of toast AND then at 10.30 I went to the Indian..
I simply wasn't hungry>>>>>>>>
I have to admit that I have a food addiction,I have 3 core tools in this fight to lose weight:-

Yesterday 13-11-13 guess what I didn't use any of these.
I am going to add daily Journal entries to my list and make it 4 key core tools

Loads of exercise but too much nibbling and a heavy weekend of booze..

Been a much brighter start, recording my cravings has been a massive awakening.
I am beginning to realise that just because I think about food does not mean I am hungry
Day at a time.
Also taking photo`s of myself and and recording my measurements has made me look physically @ the real me and not the illusion of me I have in my head.
