Been a much brighter start, recording my cravings has been a massive awakening.
I am beginning to realise that just because I think about food does not mean I am hungry
Day at a time.
Also taking photo`s of myself and and recording my measurements has made me look physically @ the real me and not the illusion of me I have in my head.
