Hi everyone. I look quite skinny, but i don't like certain parts of my body ( first of all, stomach, it isn't as flat as i want ) I want slimmer legs also.
I've changed my diet, i don't eat anything that is forbidden while weight lossing. i just eat a lot of veggies, fruits, a little walnuts,
i drink a lot of green tea. will i get what i want ? and in what time ?
