Day nine and I cheated on my diet with a pot pie! Was just so hungry for something different. Tired of chicken!!! Went back to the diet now, but I'm feeling very guilty that I did that! Hopefully my progress isn't destroyed, we will see tomorrow morning when I wrought myself again! Guess I'll have to work extra hard at the gym tomorrow morning!!

Day seven. I ate all the right things today just think I ate a little too much of the right things. So I went over my calories. But I'm so happy with the fact I chose to make healthy choices. I was physically shaking when I was getting hungry daily before this diet! My sugar levels were through the roof. They seem to be under control and I haven't shaken at all since I started. So even if the weight never comes off, that alone is worth the lifestyle change!
