Day two and it seems to be getting a little easier. Hard to find things to eat cause my house isn't filled with the best stuff, having 4 children and two other adults with their own food in my face! Plus I don't have the money to really shop for everything I need. But I'm making the best of what I have and I feel less bloated and healthier already. Doing high protein low carb diet. It's not so bad😃
