Had a great workout this evening. Probably shouldn't have had the ice cream, but boy it was good. I know that I can lose 20 lbs, but it is hard to watch what you eat. I am a secretary and sit at the desk all day and sometimes when I am working I am food bored. Then I eat. I wish I could stop that. But I am drinking more water.
