Buying a New Scale
I'm looking for a cheaper scale, so the Weight Watchers one sounds perfect. I like the idea of seeing your progress right there on the scale. Thanks!

I lose motivation.
I am also very inconsistent. I lose motivation to eat healthier because I make myself think, "It's not going to hurt me if I enjoy this cookie or that piece of cake." Truth be told, it is hurting me... and I'm not exercising right now. I think Annette is right, as long as you're keeping up with exercising the weight should come off and you won't feel AS bad about eating "anything" once in awhile.

**Annette, we're around the same weight and our goal weights are also close to each other... I'm going to keep an eye on your diet/exercising. You're definitely on the right track from what I can see!

Buying a New Scale
I'm interested in buying a new bathroom scale and am looking for any suggestions on what type I should buy. I still have yet to move out of my parents' house (I'll probably be doing so when I go to grad school), and the scale we have now is probably from the 70s or 80s. I don't know why nobody ever bought a new one! But I'm definitely going to purchase one very soon. Should I get an electronic one? I don't even know what's out there/what features are offered. Any help would be greatly appreciated--thanks Smile
