55-year-old, active male but presently struggling @ 225lbs! Mostly due to my Federal Government job on Capitol Hill that involves being (and eating) on the road about 15-20hrs a week. Wanna get back to the 175lb I weighed just 4 years ago. Life would be a lot less stressful.
