monday morning; rained a little last night. i'm awake but kinda dopy (don't take sleeping pills etc) just finished breakfast and coffee. waiting for lawn to dry a little as need to mow out front at least. need to trim my hibiscus out front but after watching youtube, think i'll to root some cuttings . yes i know that it's late in the year . but this is florida and we usually get one or two nights of frost in febuary. still 90 degrees here now.

got up and did my chores, got interested in pulling weeds ;forgot to take my morning meds so now i have to wait 30 to 45 minutes as meds need to be taken on empty stomach. booo breakfast is calling to me. oh well i won't die haha
seems that i've developed the attention span of a flea. i start something and get distracted and then follow the distraction and the first thing flies out of my brain. that kinda worries me. don't remember being like that before.

another sunny day in tampa bay. fall and 90degrees. it's nice when we have a little rain then i don't have to drag out the hose and water. well no rain today. bird feeders out . thash is out now drinking my bullet proof coffee waking up. sticking to the program ,still loosing slowly i'm very thankfull as with my weight loss ;i do have more energy by not dragging around that extra poundage. and i'm more adgil although my balance still not all it could be. but progress is progress and i'm thankful for that

good morning to all! just waking up. watching you tube orchid vidios. plants make me happy.
getting closer to goal. slowly slowly . but that is ok. when i get there ; i'll have to deside if i'll adjudt the goal as when i look at my skin ;i'm still pretty lumpy. guess some of that just comes with age. wouldn't it be nice to start out old and age backwards like benjamin button?? then out children wouldhave to take care of us as babies .that would be great punishment.

HAD TO GO TO EYE dr TODAY , NEW GLASSES $360.00 WANTED PROGRESSIVES BUT THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN $550.00 will stick with tryfocals. but did get anti glare and transions. as i always forget sun glasses and am starting to develope cataracts , but not bad enough for surgery. all in all ; cant complaine had these for 4 years, but boy are they scratched. haha,
at any rate was out and about most of the day. breakfast at 9am and nothing but 1 cheese stick till supper at 9pm . wonder what weight will be tomorrow
