Sore from Working Out
Good job! I hate cycling, but I do like getting off the bike and feeling my legs all wobbly and bruises on my bum!

why doesn't my search work?
It is sometimes on a different countries page. Waitrose surprises me as it is only UK? But I found the same issue with searching for bread, it's a South African brand, which is where I live, and I was on the US website. All of the fat secret websites seem to have exactly the same stuff on them, EXCEPT the food search info, which is what you really need. I spent a good half an hour trying to add a slice of bread!

CRYSTAL LIGHT & WATER
The drinking 8 glasses of water a day is one of those scientific tips that doesn't explain itself properly. As such it's turned into a myth that you have to drink 8 glasses of pure water. The numbers have also gone up and down, 2 litres, 3 litres, 8 glasses, none of my glasses are 250mls so that means you have to "measure your water". Then they'll change their mind as to how many litres again! Healthwise you can take that water from any liquids in your diet, soups, drinks, fruit etc and you will be getting enough water for your needs. As long as your wee is straw coloured, you are taking in enough water to be healthy. Weightwatching wise, I'm given to understand that increasing water intake as water alone before meals helps to lower the appetite. I tried this but I get bored and also forget and don't find it useful.
This is aso useful to read regarding water drinking habits:

mumperry
I don't think fasting is the way for everyone. Some people I think it works, other people I'm not so convinced. Quite simply I know my body doesnt work the same was as my mother or my fiance etc. I still think calorie counting on non-fast days would help. Sometimes you see on diet shows how people are eating 3000-4000 calories a day, if you simply fast on two days and pig out on the others, it's basic maths that you might not lose weight. Mumperry, I'm definatly not saying you pig out on your non-fast days, I'm just illustrating the point that I think for some people the whole diet needs an otherhaul, not just two days fasting.

Tiny sweet treats
I'm a bit more naughty, but do leave calories for my evening treats, usually one of those mini choccies from a party bag. Normally 50 - 100 calories and I still cant bare to not have a little choccie fix!
