I am a 39 year old mother of 3 (17,15,&9). I eat fairly well, exercise is what i SERIOUSLY need to work on. Between running kids for sports (football, wrestling, track, band, cheerleading & gymnastics) i seem to do a lot of time sitting and watching kids burn off calories and need to dedicate my time to burning some of my own calories off. This last year i injured my foot and spent 9 months on crutches in a cast. My weight ballooned durring this time and i am now the heavyest i have EVER been. So, on that note...lets burn some calories, loose some weight and get in shape!!! New year, new goal....ready set go!
