Losing an average of 15 lbs a month
I'm actually worried. I'm not even starving myself (and I actually still do it "unhealthy" food every once in a while). I regularly exercise and do crossfit 6 times a week. So I don't know why I'm losing weight this fast.

Losing an average of 15 lbs a month
Is that okay? I started cutting calories and exercising regularly 2 months ago. I already lost more than 30 lbs. Is that normal? My original weight was 276 lbs (Late August-September) and now I'm 243.

Hi! I'm kinda new here. I'm 20 years old, 5ft 8, and I weigh around 270 lbs (yes, I'm obese). I do crossfit 5 times a week but I brisk walk every morning for around 30-40 minutes. I really wanna lose 100 lbs. While my RDI says that I should be consuming around 3,500 cals a day, I only consume around 1,200. I've already lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks but I'm not sure if my daily calorie intake of 1,200 would help me in the long run. Thank you
