Cracked Heel

Not sure if you mean cracked (broken bone) or cracked skin. If it's skin - I've had this problem my whole life but only recently found a solution that really works. No amount of lotions, potions creams ever did anything. I now see a Chinese reflexologist every 6 weeks. I get a foot massage And a Shanghai pedicure. The both are to be seen as medicinal- this is not a luxury spa experience! The Shanghai pedi is usually done by an older man - he has a head torch, toolbox and what looks like chisels. With expert precision, using the 'chisel' he slices off the old dead skin. I recommend you tubing it first but this has bought new life to my heels!
