Finally, I'm back on track! Well, my eating is pretty much back under control. Then next step is to get back into the swing of working out regularly. My metabolism is clearly not where it used to be.

I ate horribly this week. Even though I technically didn't go over my points target, I made terrible choices. The fat content in the foods I ate was extremely high and I didn't really drink enough water to help my body cleanse out all of the crap I was eating. Also, Wednesday's workout consited of mowing the lawn (How hard is it to push a mower around the yard?) and I didn't work out at all on Friday or Saturday
