I had a bad day yesterday and ate way too much, but the good news is I didn't gain any weight. Unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight either. I stayed the same as Friday's weigh in which I didn't record.

I'm ashamed to post this weigh in because I have done so horribly these last couple of months. I just never got fully back into the swing of things after summer. I made some halfway attempts, but never went all the way. However, I know that I was able to lose over 60 pounds last year so there is no reason why I could lose 29 to reach my goal!!
