I'M BACK!!!! Hey all. I had some things to take care of and needed to clear my mind, so I took about a week off and I'm back and ready to get this party started once again. I gained back 4 of the 8 lbs that I lost, but that's not too bad considering how I didn't eat worth a crap this last week or so.
I did some water aerobics this morning with a friend in her mom's pool and walked a mile on the treadmill. Stuck with the diet like I'm supposed to. I actually ordered the EFS book and it should be here tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what the difference is between the EFS and FS diets. Hope you all are doing well. I'll check back later. Got to start supper.

Yesterday sucked!!! I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster ride. One day I do fine....the next, everything goes to crap. Things are not going well for me right now. Some stuff going on. I'm stressed beyond belief...I'm an emotional eater and when I get stressed, I eat!!!!! Although with this diet, I'm not AS bad as I used to be. But I still cheat. I took a day off from exercise yesterday which made me feel even worse about the situation, but it's my first day off since I started this diet. So not sure what today will bring. I'm taking it one day at a time.

Definately a better day yesterday. Stuck to the diet perfectly. Walked 1.5 miles on my treadmill. I feel good. I can tell I've lost more weight. I guess this diet is more forgiving than others I've done in the past. But I'm not going to make a habit out of cheating. It's all about smashing the old bad habits and making new good ones. So that's what I'm going to do. Plan on taking a day off from exercising. Although, every time I say that, I don't. But as Dr. Ian says, anything you do over 30 mins a day, 5 days a week is bonus. So I guess I'm trying to rack up alot of bonus points...:) Have a great day all.

Yesterday was not a good day at all. I was stressed and the oreo's were calling my name. I had 4 of those and about 6 french fries that I made for my son. Then I had a couple more cookies. But I felt bad for cheating and exercised on my day off. Walked 1.68 miles on my treadmill. Felt a little better, but hate myself for caving. I always seem to do that when I'm stressed. I wish it was easier to change my way of thinking when I'm having a bad day. But I guess I'm getting better. At least with this diet I'm exercising on the day that I cheat. Usually, I'd make a day of being bad and sitting on the couch feeling sorry for myself. Hope today is better. In fact, I know it will be. Noone can change me but me! Have a great day all. WOO HOO!!! Weigh in day on day 10 and I lost 8 lbs!!!! I was figuring I lost about 10, but I'll take it. Busy day ahead of me again. I'll do my workouts, but the most important thing is: I CAN HAVE SOME CHICKEN....WHOOPEEEEE!!! Have a great day everyone and I'll check back in a little while. Gotta hit the treadmill!!!
