My name is Jonathan and I am 26 years old. For as long as I can remember I have been overweight. I grew up in a rather unhealthy environment when it came to food. Lots of boxed foods like Hamburger Helper, Mac N Cheese, and so on. By the time I was 17 years old I had already reached 220lbs. In late October of this year I hit 240... that was it. I couldn't handle it anymore, I decided to make a change.
I went out and bought a 24-Hour Fitness memebership and committed to losing as much weight as possible. I started with a goal of 220lbs (loss of 20lbs), I hit that goal within 45 Days. I now have another goal to lose 20 more pounds. So far I am down 5, so wish me luck and strength :-)
