coffee with cream and butter for breakfast and fried pork belly for lunch. YUM!!! I got so excited for my pork belly that I forgot to take a pic of it. ate it right off the pan! 😋

gained weight after eating all the things I want this past 2 weeks... sigh....
anyway, I have 28 days to lose 10 pounds for my birthday.i know what diet works for, it's just a matter of preparing myself mentally. this past few days, I kept telling myself I will be good tomorrow, then bam! cake for dinner :( I know I can't go on like this forever, I hope to go back to my old self who can easily say no to sweets and does not over eat. hopefully I will be really good tomorrow. I already planned what to eat. I really hope I can get back in the wagon this time ☺keto on!

gained only .5pounds last weekend :D i think it's because i started fasting before the holidays so my stomach shrank and that made me very feel full immediately. happy holidays everyone!
