what i would like to accomplish with my water fast:
1. lose weight fast lol
2. to decrease the amount of food my stomach can handle. i find that after fasting, i get full very fast 😆

restarting my fast again, aiming to finish a 75 hour fast this time. working as a nanny is not helping with my fast at all because i always get tempted to eat with the kids 😁
