hmmmm back to start. For some reason I can't find the motivation to lose weight. did not finish a fast, did not continue loging, did not go outaide for a walk even if the weather is great. arrgghh i am starting to hate myself. tonight i will be with friends, which means lots of foods 😑 hopefully tomorrow i can start again......

48 hours into my water fast now. i am not hungry at all, compared to my first fast where in the 48th hour was the hardest because my tummy is hurting and is screaming for food! perhaps it's because i've done fasting many times already or maybe because of the salt i added to my water, iam not really sure. though not hungry, i keep thinking about food! i even already planned what to eat when i break my fast and what to eat next week. 36 more hours to go 😊
