9.40 AM BG during BP coffee 5.1
10 AM BK 1.4 could be ketones from CO
too much fat yesterday? restless sleep again 3- pm a wko..liver feeling full and sluggish. lok into clearing out.
3.35 PM BK 1.9 right after salad/avocado.
3.40 PM BG 4.9 (88) right after salad/avocado and tea has ben the ony other food since BP coffee this am. 5 hrs post coffee
Decided to have some supper around 6.15 finished at 7.00 PM with a coupe Marys crackers and cream cheese for desert.carbs still low.
total daily 19 carbs.
took a lot of Digest Gold enzymes to help break up slow digestion. sure hope tonights sleep is better. I do feel better..had some chamomile tea and ginger/lemon . Not sure if I will do a BG tonight.
Decided to have supper around 6.30 (thought I already added this?)
steak, mushrooms and some cream cheese with 4 marys crackers
8.50 PM BG 5.9as I thought it may be higher because of the over 30 g protein at supper plus the cream cheese/crackers.
likely will not go down too much but really only 1-1.5 points from a good FBG and not spike or a high level.

6.50 AM FBG @ 10 hrs 5.2 awoke at 6AM but lay in bed till now. thinking..being aware and alert to my thoughts about life/stuff. Not sure if that higher reading is what they call the liver dump.
8.15 AM 4.9 after BF coffee
9.30 BF 2 eggs/turkey farmer sausage and another .5 BP Coffee.
10.30 AM 5.2
.5 tsp PB at noon. it is 1pm now and I am feeling quite peckish..just 12 g carbs so far today althogh I have had a LOT of fat and ok protein..clearly my glycogen stores are close to depletion. going to have a salad and broth.
1.15 PM BG 5.8, BK .8odd..liver gycogen dump? will check again after eating a few more carbs via salad.
3.45 PM BG 4.6 2.5+ HRS PP lunch broth and salad.
next test 5.15 after half of my cheesecake eaten between 4 and 4.30 (some raw at 4 pm ) about 30 g fat/5 carbs and 5 protein. interested to see the dairy effect
1 HR @ 5.20 PM BG 5.4
2 HR @ 6.20PM BG 4.6 had another small salad at 6.30. 30g fat, 5 carbs . doubt my BG will budge much at all. last check of the night at
8PM 1.5 hrs 5.2 = 93
