I am 32 mother of two. I have gained 50lbs in the last two years and am going to work hard to lose this weight. I have to be very careful in how I do this and take baby steps as I am also a recovering bulimic. I have battled with up and down weight all my life and am sick of it. My diet is about trying to change my all over outlook on food. I do not believe in completely staying away from soda or sweets as in the past that has been a downfall. I deprived and deprived and would eventually cave and binge on sweets. This is more about still being able to enjoy a piece of chocolate or a soda, but limiting my intake each day. I also need to incorporate more activity into my life again. I need to learn to find a right balance though so I do not end up to skinny as I have in the past from not eating and overexercising. We shall see how this goes!
