What kind of socks and shoes do you prefer for working out?
I bought some Vibram five finger shoes this summer and they are the best things ever!..My chronic foot pain went away, my planter fascitis healed, I wear them for workouts, running, hiking and just for hanging out. They are kind of funky looking, my husband thinks they are creepy, but my happy feet do not care.

Healthy foods you hated as a child but love now
spinach. Now I love it, use it instead of lettice for everything from salads and on sandwhiches, even munch on it right out of the bag. Yummmmm!

frustrating
1 and 1/2 years ago I had three surgeries and subsequently gained 40 pounds. I have tried many time to lose the weight only to lose and gain the same five pounds over and over. I am uncomfortable in my own skin. I have had no problem sticking to an exercise program but I have an awful time controlling what I eat.
