Just had baby#2 in Sept 09 and am looking to rid my extra weight for good. I'm probably done having children at least for a few years and i'm ready to get back to my prebaby body. I've already lost 20 pounds and am looking to take off 30 more.

I have begun shopping on womanwithin.com or onestopplus.com both are geared specifically to plus sizes and are inexpensive and the clothes look and feel great. I love it.

Buying a new scale- affordable suggestions?

I bought this one, it says out of stock on walmarts site but see if you can google it. I only paid $10. it's awesome and tracks your weight for you, also gives you weight in increments of .2 that makes a difference cause it doesn't round up and you always know you are losing.

home scale vs. dr. scale
always use the same scale, in the same spot, same time of day, etc...
that way you'll know when a loss is a loss and a gain is a gain.
I never know if those doctors scales are that accurate. sometimes they are on carpet which could make a difference.
I weigh myself fully naked first thing in the morning before I step in the shower. that way I know by those numbers if i'm losing or not.
