I am 18 years old.
I gained alot of weight in junior high, at my heaviest i was 220 lbs. Keep in mind I am only 5 foot 2.
I left home at 15 to extract myself from my mothers controlling atmosphere.
Immediately when I left home, I dropped to 180. I did not diet, i did not exercise at a gym. I got a job that got me up and out of the house, it was physically demanding, I got a boyfriend who kept me busy in and out of the bedroom, constantly swimming, playing soccer, thing i was not allowed to do at home.
And since then i have been stuck.
I am not "fat" or "obese", I do have much more belly and thighs than i would like however. I consider myself "overweight" although my BMI is 32, which I don't quite understand.
I have decided to change the way I live. I do not want to be buy shirts that hide my tummy, or long ones because they "cover my tush". I don't want to buy only empire waist dresses. I want to wear skinny jeans (I never would because i don't like them, but I want that option lol) i want to wear sheath dresses, form fitting tops. I would love to wear a swimsuit and not constantly be sucking in and trying to hide. I want to be confident, and comfortable and proud of me.
I don't need to look like Naiomi Campbell, (although she is gorgeous) I don't need nor do I want to be a size 1.
And the pride I will feel when I successfully stick to a diet for the first time in my life will be so rewarding. I cant wait until I walk into a store and ask for size 8 instead of a 12. or even a large instead of an XL.
I go to curves, at least three times a week (I sure in the hell try, though life gets in the way too often).
So thats me and my goals.

Jump Rope Entry in Fitness Log...There isnt one???
SO I am using a skipping rope for my cardio work outs, and there is no option to enter that in in my fitness journal. Can I create one like i create my own foods?

I found online that skipping rope burns 217 calories for 15 mins for a 190lb person.

Just want to keep my stuff accurate Smile

Wii - Does anyone know where to purchase one?
any electronic store....Walmart, Superstore, Furture Shop, Best Buy, EB Games. Never mind the online places like Ebay and so on.
