Ate at 6 am a meal before I went to sleep. I'm staying up this morning so I hope to change my circadian rhythm.
Woke up 12 pm so 6 hours of sleep.
Fast and testimony meeting - I ended up getting quite irritable - I don't seem to be able to fast anymore.
I don't know how to figure out what walking I did - at the meeting place. But I know there were 3 hours of sitting broken up by the walking.
I was taught how to attach pictures to my genealogy - I had trouble with my tablet being able to connect to the wifi there. I will have to practice at home. I also need to learn how to load from my kinda dumb phone to the internet site.
I'm yawning and sleepy. My shoulder still hurts a lot from lifting the water jugs the other day.

only woke up once. Got up at 12 pm and ate breakfast. Did cat care. and some househeeping.
the nurse from Humana is coming today I can report in to her about the doctor's visit and find out how to get more help so I can get to appointments outside of the bus area.
2 pm now. I've avoided nausea etc by staying put and doing some games to exercise my brain.
I think I'd prefer to do indexing as a volunteer for brain work. At least I wouldn't be asked to spend money.
My left shoulder - deltoid hurts a lot - I strained it by lifting a 3 gallon water jug yesterday.
I did not take my supplements yesterday evening. so I took them now.

Slept 7 hours , no music playing.
got to bed about 2:30 am
Slept through breakfast time so nothing there/
Had an 1/3 lb burger on 1/2 piece flat bread w 1 T miracle whip.
ate 12 jelly beans - thought that might help the headache, but not yet.
Drank so far 2-16 oz water and took supplements.
One of my personal challenges is to take the supplements and pain meds so the pain doesn't overwhelm me.
I'm alos looking at Fibro Fitness online support group.
Today I'm to start the 2 challenges I found here. Walking for the reluctant and changing something each day for 12 weeks.

I had an open face hamburger w miraclewhip. and apple crisp for supper w water.
Still have a headache. Tinnitus is loud tonight.
In the afternoon I had taken a break with the Paul McKenna disc "I can make you thin."
It's now 12:30 so I need to go to bed and sleep.
