I slept about 9 hours - no tv etc last night to stimulate.
BG 105 so that's good.
BG is 105 After researching online, I found out that ideally it should be <90.
Had an am shake
I have to haul water out of the washing machine basket unless I can make it spin and drain.
My daughter came and helped me do that. Tomorrow she will bring some throw away towels to get the rest of it out of the basket.
I moved some wood from the storage and patio first to the lr, then outside by the door.
I cleared of the shelving in the Bath, swept the patio and put it out there.
Moved the cats supplies - 2 bins of litter out of the way so I could clean. Moved a dresser to another part of the bedroom.
Swept up dirt from a broken plant pot.
Pain level over all is 6.5 - in the back its 8 when I take Aleve. So all this hurts a lot, I sit in the massager chair frequently.

Hi pain day - overall 6 out of 10, lower back 8. I usually rest on days like this, but I wanted to finish my to-do on the patio.
So I emptied and moved a tall shelving unit into the storage area of the patio - that meant moving out the things that were in there, and returning the bins of emergency supplies. I then put 1 lb plastic boxes of water on 2 shelves, pottery, gardening tools, soil, etc either on the shelves or arranged to the side.
Got the 2x4s onto the patio ready to be put together as a place for the tomatoes and peas. I may be able to make a table to use when I sit out there.
planters are in place, watering system set up for most of the plants- have to get more tall them up and arranged some in the apt, some back in the storage.

Got the wet clothes and towels out of the washer - wrung them out and hung up to air dry until I could put a few in the dryer.
My daughter will come tomorrow and bring me a wicker shelving thing, I will trade her that for the bar stools I've used with a board as a place to work with the plants.
I know I have to be frugal in order to purchase the health care I need now: I made 7 batches of DIY laundry soap - I should have 1 year supply - so the bin the supplies were in is now empty, can be washed out. plastic water bottles for the rest of the plants.
Thinned out the seedlings - had some for supper in a vinaigrette dressing.
Moved band crates - cleaned

I already have net carb of 53 - I'm trying to get enough protein in the morning too.
My lasagna was gluten-free 5 cheese homemade, but today I'm irritable - not usual for me - but going on lately. So I don't want to deal with inputting the recipe. I change it all the time anyway.

Rough day physically - had to move some furniture around, some out of the apartment, tried to build a 3 shelf unit - set up the storage unit on the patio adding a tall shelf unit. Got the watering bottles' holes drilled (a first for me). Filled 4 more planters with soil - put the others that are planted on shelves - so I can tomorrow attach the holders to 2x4 - have to do it carefully - I want a planter on both sides so it has to balance. That way I have something green and pretty to look at and can still take care of the outside hanging one. I live in an apartment so I can't fasten it to the railing.
I found out that both of my male cats are marking - even the one who has been fixed a few years ago - so they both have to be placed -
With my physical problems (doing the work I did today and what I have to do Mon may lay me out).
I didn't get any help with any of this - and losing the two boy cats that I love hurts a lot - so I feel a bit abandoned and grieving.
Didn't overeat - took meds and supplements - rested frequently. Exhausted now.

tiring day - I cleaned out the cat area - washed everything - I have to find a way to make this more pleasant - I need to place the youngest cat. I cleaned another cat perch thing and put it by the window in the dining room.

Moved a cabinet from bedroom to dining area, put all my meds in it - it's near the kitchen, so this may be nicer looking. MOved the piece of furniture I have sewing etc in -- I have a tv that plays dvds and cds and I want make an exercise area that works better for me.
Moved furniture I had outside into the house - 1 piece - put crates of books on top - fixed my launch pad on top.
The window fan I got from across the street didn't work well - I will have to get a better, more expensive one so I can have air movement in here.

I still meed to put together the 3 level shelf/
I hope my daughter can come tomorrow - so I can get the shelves put where I need them - so my patio works better and maybe get my drapery put back up in the bedroom. I have to ask her to brink a step stool.

I haven't eaten enough today - even before that I was irritable and out of sorts. Gotta do more EFT etc. Trying to study on Trigger points - have to learn anatomy first - from the book so I can learn how to treat them myself - nearly impossible to find a physician that knows about it - this may help the Fibro.
